Responsibilities:
- Setting up a tour division both domestic & international
- Plan its operation and marketing strategies
- Manage, train and motivate the team to reach the goals
- Maintain good relation with our customer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- Required skill: Leadership & Determination
- Min 3 year experience in Tour Division
- English proficiency is preferred
- Good team player
- Strongly Initiative and Focus on the results
- Willing to go extra mile to provide excellence service to our customer
- Computer Literate using MS Office and Web-Based Application
